What the stay includes
Breakfast is complimentary. Seasonal fruit is sliced every morning, the jelly is homemade, and freshly baked local bread and pastries arrive first thing from one of the neighborhood bakeries, alongside quesadillas, eggs and tamales, our guests' favorite. Almond milk and avocado can be arranged with advance notice for an extra charge. Every room comes with LoredAna organic toiletries, free Wi-Fi, LED Smart TVs with Netflix, blow dryers and safes. The front desk operates every day from 8am to 10pm, and our in-house security staff works 24 hours, seven days a week.
Choosing your room
The Master Suite has a balcony over the street and a living room looking onto the inner patio, with a sofa bed for a third guest. Of the three Luxury King rooms, two are on the second floor facing the street; the third overlooks the inner patio and has a bathroom with a bathtub. The Luxury Queen is on the second floor facing the sun terrace. The Standard King is on the first floor, with tile floors and a view of the inner patio, and the two Standard Queen rooms sit on the lower level with access to the inner patio, one with a spacious bathroom and tile floors, the other with a comfortable living room area.
Where we are
Guanajuato 199, Col. Roma Norte, 06700, Mexico City. There is no parking on site, though the front desk can point you to nearby options, and a fully equipped gym across the street sells day passes. The house has no elevators and is not wheelchair accessible. We welcome children over the age of 12, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in the designated terrace area.
Booking questions
What are the check-in and check-out hours?
Check in from 15:00 hrs and check out by 12:00 hrs. Early arrival is possible if rooms are free, and late check-out can be requested with prior notice. Luggage storage is offered to guests who arrive before check-in time.
What currency will I be charged in?
Casa Goliana collects payments exclusively in Mexican pesos.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancelling more than 7 days before 15 hrs on the date of arrival carries no fee. Cancelling after that, or a no-show, is charged at 50% of the total of the stay and is not refundable, with a one night minimum charge. Our non-refundable rate is charged upon reservation, and seasonal promotions may carry their own cancellation terms. Full terms are set out in our FAQ.
